Each time sugar cane is processed, a large amount of bagasse is left. By processing this bagasse, biodegradable packaging can be produced.

The bagasse is cut into pieces and mixed with water and other pulp materials to make a slurry. The slurry is poured into a mold, shaped into the desired box, and then the logo is stamped and the edges are trimmed. After these steps, the biodegradable box is finished.

The entire process uses purely natural materials, with no ink, plastic, or wastewater generated. Even the trimmed edges can be turned into egg trays sold in supermarkets.

If you no longer need the biodegradable packaging made from bagasse and discard it, it will degrade in the soil within six months.

Bagasse biodegradable packaging contains no trees or plastic at all. It is made from sustainable resources – 100% derived from plant biomass such as bagasse and bamboo pulp, and these are 100% renewable resources that come from nature and can be recycled back to nature.

It is biodegradable and compostable in both home and commercial environments. It is healthy, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and hygienic. All our products are green, compostable, disposable, and environmentally friendly. Packaging products made from bagasse can be 100% degraded within 90-100 days under natural conditions and are also suitable for landfills.
